1. Minimum Boiler Efficiency

• Requirement: All new or replacement gas boilers must achieve a minimum 92% ErP (Energy-related Products) efficiency rating.

2. Mandatory Heating Controls

• Requirement: All new gas and oil boiler installations must include time and temperature controls (i.e., a programmable timer and a thermostat, often a "boiler interlock" system).

• Combination Boiler must have Load or Weather Compensation.

The "lifetime" guarantee applies specifically to the ATAG iCon Heat Exchanger itself, which is the engine of the boiler responsible for transferring heat to the water.

• Lifetime Replacement Guarantee: ATAG is so confident in the quality and durability of the iCon heat exchanger that they guarantee it for the entire lifespan of the boiler. If the heat exchanger fails due to a fault, ATAG will replace the part.

• Contingent on Service: To keep this lifetime guarantee (as well as the full parts and labour warranty on the rest of the boiler) valid, the boiler must be serviced annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer (like you, an ATAG Selected Partner).
